Corpus Christi Real Estate

Corpus Christi living offers a relaxed and casual environment with exciting entertainment, bayfront living, and festivals often seen only in larger cities. With a growing visibility, tourism related business, and excellent sports and entertainment venues, this city retains a small town feel with big city excitement.

Corpus Christi, Portland, Flour Bluff, & Calallen

Property values remain extremely affordable, and waterfront homes are among the lowest priced in the country for similar neighborhoods. There are three primary communities surrounding Corpus Christi. Portland--just over the Harbor Bridge, is experiencing superb growth and shopping centers. Our two top notch school districts are located at inland community, Calallen, and in Flour Bluff located near the Laguna Madre before the JFK Causeway bridge.

Padre Island, Rockport, Port Aransas, Aransas Pass, & Ingleside

Padre Island offers salt, sea, and an artsy yet professional feel with property rising unprecedented leaps in value and growth in its history. Neighboring towns such as Rockport, Port Aransas, similarly named but separate Aransas Pass, and Ingelside also offer beautiful waterfront communities.

Some like it hot!

Corpus Christi steams in the summer! If you are a newcomer from the northern part of our country, the heat will take some getting used to. But be patient! There are many northern transplants residing here, and all of us become acclimated with time. Generally, Corpus Christi is a city of relatively mild winters with temperatures not dipping below forty degrees. If you think it never snows in our sultry city, think again! Corpus Christi recently enjoyed a record breaking 4.4 inches of snow on Christmas eve that allowed the city's kids (and adults) to enjoy a Christmas day of building snowmen. Santa could not have given Corpus Christians a better gift!

Corpus Christi Neighborhoods

From prestigious Ocean Drive to the growing South Side, Corpus Christi is enjoying record growth. Finding the right home starts with finding the right neighborhood. If you are interested in older, more traditional homes with hardwood floors, charm, and character, you will want to explore Corpus Christi's Del Mar, Lamar Park, and Bessar Park neighborhoods. These areas are convenient to downtown, the bayfront, Texas A&M and Del Mar College, and virtually all of the city's events and venues. If new homes, suburban living, and shopping centers are important, and you do not mind the growing commute time, then Kings Crossing, the Lakes, or Oso Parkway developments should be your starting place for researching your new home.
